Zoho One is a complete business operating system combining 45+ integrated applications across sales, marketing, finance, HR and customer support, with single sign-on and centralised administration.
Which Zoho applications do you implement and support?
We implement and support the full Zoho platform, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Inventory, People, Payroll, Zoho Desk, Projects, Zoho Creator and Analytics, along with Zoho One, which brings them together under a single administration. Where an organisation already runs some Zoho applications, we extend and optimise the existing setup rather than starting again.

How long does an implementation take?
It depends on scope. Single-application implementations typically run 2 to 8 weeks; a multi-application deployment for 10 to 30 users runs 8 to 16 weeks; larger rollouts with complex integrations run 16 to 28 weeks or more.
What does an engagement cost?
Indicative UAE ranges: Zoho Books from AED 2,000 to 7,500; Zoho CRM from AED 2,500 to 18,500; Zoho One for a mid-sized organisation from AED 30,000 to 90,000; larger deployments from AED 110,000 upwards. A detailed proposal follows a scoping consultation.
Can you migrate us to Zoho from Tally, QuickBooks, Xero or spreadsheets?
Yes. We migrate organisations to Zoho from Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Odoo and spreadsheet-based systems. Migration covers master data, historical transactions, open balances and documents, with reconciliation and a parallel-run period before go-live.
Can Zoho integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. We deliver integrations with UAE banks such as Emirates NBD, Mashreq and RAKBANK, payment gateways including Network International, Telr and PayTabs, and FTA VAT filing, alongside hundreds of third-party applications.
Can you configure Zoho Books for FTA VAT and UAE e-invoicing?
Yes. We configure Zoho Books for UAE FTA VAT, including correct tax treatment, VAT return preparation and the FTA audit file, and we prepare organisations for e-invoicing as the requirements come into force. For clients in Saudi Arabia we align Zoho Books with ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora).
How is our data secured?
We configure role-based access, two-factor authentication, audit trails and data-retention policies aligned with UAE data-protection requirements.
What support is available after go-live?
