What InboxAgent does
Shared business inboxes fill with a mix of sales enquiries, support requests, invoices, system alerts and newsletters. Important messages get buried, and the lead that should have been answered in an hour is found three days later. InboxAgent watches the inbox so that does not happen.
It reads every incoming message and classifies it, using rules for the obvious cases and AI for the ambiguous ones, then routes each one onward to CRMs including Zoho CRM and HubSpot, to helpdesks, or to its own dashboard. It learns from corrections, so classification improves the longer it runs, and it works with the mail an organization already has: Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail and IMAP mailboxes, with no migration required.
